I am getting ready to upgrade soon from 6. If they could get their remote control off the ground, now that something I would be cheering for. Issues still outstanding are: Upgrade went about as expected. The only issue we run into was that non master roles could not edit the association on tickets and I think it had to do with Service desk being installed for the first time as we never had it installed prior to the upgrade. Make sure you are connected either directly or using a high "bitplane" in your screen resolution.

Also getting this when i try to log on: As Kaseya matures, less bugs on an upgrade which is to be expected. Only 3 issues we've found until now.
